PHS Direct, the workplace and washroom consumables division of the PHS Group, has consolidated its supply chain requirements and awarded Nightfreight as its single logistics partner.
Under the new agreement, Nightfreight will handle all orders of up to 25 items across a diverse mix of sectors including industry, education, health care, commerce and catering and leisure, shipping in excess of 6,500 consignments per month.
The cargo is transported direct to Nightfreight's national hub in the West Midlands for onward delivery to the company's nationwide 50 plus depot network. The solution utilises Nightfreight's one-man service for irregular dimension and weight (IDW) consignments, providing overnight delivery anywhere in the UK.
