House of Fraser one of the UK & Ireland's leading department store groups appoints Nightfreight to provide a two-man home delivery service for made to order furniture and other high-value soft furnishings.
Nightfreight was selected due to its extensive experience of retail home delivery and commitment to high-quality customer service.

The logistics solution utilises Nightfreight's Pacemaker operation, a specialist 'White Glove' home delivery service that has more than 25 years working with the UK's leading retailers and manufacturers. It operates from a 200,000 sq ft facility in West London and three smaller partner depots at Motherwell, Mansfield and Morecambe to provide total coverage across the UK.
Pacemaker works closely with House of Fraser and its suppliers to ensure a service that integrates seamlessly with its supply chain from order to final delivery.
