Pacemaker offer a 'cradle to grave service' for receiving and warehousing both customers special orders and stock and liaise between stores, manufacturers and consumers to ensure a home delivery offering of the highest quality.
Pacemaker traditionally deals in the high value end of big ticket where the consumer expects a service consummate with the premium price they have paid for their goods. Their standard service is to book a mutually convenient time of delivery with the consumer, deliver to the room of choice, unpack the goods and assemble where necessary, use a cloth to wipe down any wooden products and remove the waste packaging.
There are many further options and service specifications available, depending upon customers' requirements.
Their purpose built fleet operates from a 200,000 sq ft facility at Heathrow and three smaller depots at Motherwell, Mansfield and Morecambe. A fully functional warehouse management system is linked to a bespoke in house administration system that can be adapted to customers specifications and made available at their premises.
