About our Collection services.
We call them Carriage Forwards (CF) and Carriage Transfers (CT).
- The CF service enables you to request that your freight be collected from your customer's premises nation wide and delivered to you.
- The CT service enables your freight to be collected from your customer's premises and then delivered onto any other address you stipulate on your account
Service options for Carriage Forwards and Carriage Transfers are as follows:
- 24 hour
- AM delivery
- Before 9.30AM
- Saturday AM
- Saturday Before 9.30AM
Using the CF/CT screen couldn't be simpler
Choose which service and date you require (the image shown below depicts the online collections screen being used to enter a CT), enter your customer's details and freight description then click on the 'submit' button at the bottom of the screen. All details are automatically sent to your local Nightfreight Customer Care team who then arrange the service for you.
Setting up your own unique login and password is quick and easy.
If you are an existing online Customer and would like your login upgraded to use this facility, simply contact our IT Support Desk who will do this whilst you are on the phone.
If you are not registered on our site and would like to use our free Online CF/CT facility, please click on the link below and register, then contact our IT Support Desk to enable your set up. (this also can be done whilst you are on the phone)
