Deliver2Home Service
The 2-Man service operates using the infrastructure of our 1-man Network. This gives us a unique operation where deliveries are made from 26 depots, making the 'final mile' solution closer to your Customers.
Benefits are seen in faster delivery options and shorter lead times from you taking an order to the final delivery to your Customer.
Typical lead times can be 2 to 5 days from our order receipt with most deliveries completed normally within 7 days.
The service operates throughout Mainland UK, Offshore Islands , Ireland, Channels Isles and Isle of Man.
Collected and delivered via our National 2-Man Network, the Deliver2Home (D2H) service is aimed at products which typically weigh 30 to 150 kilos per item. Products range from white and brown goods, leisure and fitness equipment, furniture, bathroom and kitchen products and a variety of outdoor equipment, furniture and toys, and many more.
Delivery is to room of choice with a variety of additional service options such as, Light assembly, Removal of packaging for recycling, Wet Connection.
Premium2Home is an Express service offerred to high volume customers who require a 2 or 3 day guaranteed service, where dates are normally given at point of order, either on Websites or using the Deliver2Home Web option in your call centre.
